The SkyBox basketball set from 1993-94 comprises 341 standard-size cards distributed across two series: 191 and 150 cards respectively. Packs contain 12 cards each, with 36 packs per box. Each card showcases dynamic full-bleed color action photos, accented by a prominent white stripe on one side displaying the player’s name, position, and team, alongside the SkyBox Premium foil stamp logo. The reverse side features a close-up player shot on the top half, with detailed player statistics and scouting reports on the bottom half. Cards are numbered and arranged alphabetically within team order.
Additionally, the set includes subsets such as Playoff Performances (cards 4-21), Changing Faces (cards 292-318), and Costacos Brothers Poster Cards (cards 319-338). Notable rookie cards encompass Vin Baker, Anfernee Hardaway, Allan Houston, Jamal Mashburn, Nick Van Exel, and Chris Webber.
Among the pack’s highlights is the rare Head of the Class Exchange card, with odds of one in 360 first series packs. This card could be redeemed for a special Head of the Class card featuring the top six picks from the 1993 draft, with a redemption deadline of April 15, 1994.
